General Terms

• If commissions are closed, you may ask to be added to a waitlist to be notified when they are back open.

• Please upload image references, otherwise, I must consider an upcharge for a designing fee.

• If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission.

• Commissions are assumed to be for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial use, let me know and we’ll discuss the details. 

• Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

Payment

• Paypal only.

• All commissions must be paid half upfront and half upon completion.

• Prices are in $/US Dollars.

Process​​

• I will show you an initial sketch, and will only continue rendering it once I receive an OK from you. First major edit is free (sketch phase ONLY), any edits after may incur additional costs. To avoid extra payment, please make sure you are clear in describing what pose/outfit you'd like. Minor edits are free (within reason).​

• Posing of the character can be suggested; if not, I will take my own liberty with it.

• During the summer, commissions are usually completed within 3~6 weeks. Sometimes longer depending on many factors such as: Health, complexity or family issues. Additionally, I am at liberty to take longer on the commission during the school year in order to focus on my education.

• Rush commissions will start at a flat +30$/piece and may be adjusted depending on the timeline. 

• If you need a commission by a certain date, please tell me and we can discuss pricing.

Copyright / Usage Policy

​I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Promote myself within any place or website.

• To display or post it to my portfolio or social media.

However, if they are under a secret project or if they’re a gift to someone else, let me know if you don’t want it posted during a certain timeframe.

The commissioner is allowed to:​

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed upon otherwise.

• Claim the right of their respective character(s) but not the drawing itself.

• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be immediately rescinded and you will be blacklisted from commissioning from me again.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making any form of income)

• Taking Credit or not providing credit to me as the creator of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

• Creating merchandise of the artwork without my consent and proper payment.

Canceling / Refunding Policy

• I have the right to cancel, turn down or refund your commission at any time for any reason. It’s up to my discretion whether I’m comfortable drawing something or not.

• If I take longer than 4 months (18 weeks) from the payment date and have not sent at least a concept sketch, you may request a full refund.

• I will also give a full refund if you cancel before I begin sketching and if the money has not been sent yet.
